The seasons of SUDDENLY

Make sure that you are doing your part to prepare for whatever God has promised you. He will always do his part!
I am in AWE of God

Hey, heyyyyy Tribees… I know that it has been a little over 5 months since I have checked in with each of you. I apologize for the delay but when I tell you that soooooooo much has occurred and changed since the end of January, I am still processing it all.

I won’t give it all away in this post but I will give you a few revelations and tips on how to prepare seasons of suddenly. Have you ever had a feeling that something big was about to happen for you? Or you knew that you had a major exam coming up that you had to study for so you took that time seriously leading up to it.

I want you to think about these questions and apply them to your current situation(s) in your life… What emotions and actions did you take in those moments? Was it a casual approach? Did you spring into action right away to seek out all of the resources and answers to solve the problems? Did you ignore the feelings? Were you super pumped but just decided to sit in the thoughts of possibilities without putting in the work to continue the preparation phases?

Whichever one you resonated with the most will show you how you are showing up each day for THAT person who God created you to be. If you truly know that God created you for greater, you will also know that God will make sure that you will receive the proper trainings/life experiences to accompany you every day. Also, know that it’s up to you to be intentional about learning and growing to apply those principles that you are learning along your becoming journey. God is never going to make you spend time with him, or make you learn from your life experiences to apply them or make you build a relationship with him. He leaves all of that up to each of us.

One thing that I am learning daily about God is how much he truly desires to bless us. I’m not talking about just to give us tangible things but to extend his grace and mercy to us. His heart and unconditional love for his children is completely matchless and he wants a deeper relationship because he has created a mind-blowing life for each of us which can only come about in and through him.

So let’s get back on the topic SUDDENLY… What comes to mind when you think about that word? I know a few words come to mind for me… SHOCK, OVERWHELM, EXCITEMENT, INSTANT, SURPRISES, TRUTH, AND GOD’S HAND OVER IT.

What God is showing about what SUDDENLY looks like coming from him is just like the scripture Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:20 NLT

The most important takeaway from this blog post is to make sure that you are doing your part to prepare for whatever God has promised you. He will always do his part, but we must do our part as well. When you spend your quiet time with him, he will reveal to you what your part looks like. Most of the time, it will always feel greater and heavier than it really is. That is because control is deeply interwoven within our surrender, making it feel impossible to let go of or crossover to the other side. In some cases, your part may be hearing/facing some hard truths and beginning your healing journey with God. It will look different in each of our lives, which is one of my favorite attributes about God. He always switches it up and is never predictable.

One day, you can be single, and the next few weeks/months, you can be married. One moment, you can be praying for a new job, and the next moment, the Holy Spirit can prompt you to apply for a new job and leave your current job to step out on faith. One day, you can look up and be at a place that you’ve only dreamt about, and that becomes your current reality. You fill in what you’re believing God to do in your life SUDDENLY, and ask yourself, IF he were to answer it suddenly, would I steward that well? Meaning, I won’t bring in the old baggage and mindsets into the new because I haven’t dealt with and started the healing process in my current or past seasons.

I would LOVE to hear from you about what you’re believing God to do in your life SUDDENLY.

I’ll start it off… I’m believing God for my marriage to be Kingdom-focused and driven full of exciting adventures, for a beautiful family, and for continued growth and expansion of my businesses. Just to name a few! I know that God is going to EPHESIANS 3:20 my life, and I am doing my continuous part to keep him first, staying ready by healing and preparing.✨️

Next post will be about WAITING WELL BEFORE THE PROMISES/NEW SEASONS… STAY TUNED
